AIBiz Social Help Center

Start Here

  • Add your social accounts so posts can be organized by platform.
  • Create a brand voice to keep captions consistent with your business.
  • Draft posts with captions, image notes, hashtags, and planned publish dates.
  • Use the calendar to keep planned content visible before anything goes live.

Social Accounts

  • Create one account record for each platform the business uses.
  • Store platform, handle, profile URL, and connection status for staff reference.
  • Use inactive status for accounts that should not receive new content.
  • Do not paste private access tokens into public notes or captions.

Brand Voice

  • Save tone, audience, style rules, common offers, and words to avoid.
  • Create different voices for owner updates, promotions, hiring, and education.
  • Use the selected voice as guidance when writing captions and hashtags.
  • Review brand voice settings when the business changes services or audience.

Post Drafts

  • Create a draft with caption, platform, image notes, hashtags, and planned date.
  • Use statuses such as draft, scheduled, published, failed, and archived.
  • Keep image instructions specific enough for another staff member to create the asset.
  • Use internal notes for approval comments, campaign ties, or customer context.

Calendar Workflow

  1. Plan posts by week so the business has a balanced content mix.
  2. Review draft posts before setting them to scheduled.
  3. Confirm assets, links, offers, and dates before publishing.
  4. Mark posts published only after they are live on the social platform.
  5. Archive posts that should stay in history but leave the active schedule.

Suite Integrations

  • Social media API connections can be added for direct posting after platform approval.
  • Campaigns can share promotion plans and messaging calendars.
  • Cloud or Vault can store brand assets, images, and final creative files.
  • Insights can report scheduled posts, published posts, and content activity later.
Support tip: include the platform, post title, planned date, selected brand voice, and whether the issue is planning, caption copy, assets, or posting. Direct posting requires platform connection setup and approved social API credentials.
